“Nesis Cup-2026″
The “Nesis Cup-2026” Blitz Tournament will take place in Batumi, Georgia, on June 22, 2026, at the Grand Bellagio Hotel (3rd Floor) starting at 17:00. This event honors Gennady Efimovich Nesis — Honored Master of Sports, FIDE Senior Trainer, International Arbiter, and Professor — in recognition of his invaluable contribution to chess as a player, coach, and author.
Only official delegation coaches and 10 specially invited players – 5 from the organizer and 5 from the Georgian Chess Federation – may participate.
